Bonnyrigg was a complete knockdown and rebuild, architecturally designed by Dvyne Design. The design consisted of practical use of space with the incorporation of a home office with its own separate entry for the perfect work from home layout. Finishes and colours schemes were inspired by Hampton designs with modern and large and bold finishes. Highlights of the project was the step down into the living room with 3.5m high ceilings and the architecturally designed stair void and enlarged windows throughout for plenty of natural lighting.

Russell Lea was architecturally designed by White Ink Studios positioned right along the famous Bay Run with unrestricted views of the city’s skyscrapers. The project with a 4 months complete renovation including structural demolition and installation of steel beams to create the open combine living and dining areas on the ground floor. Highlights were the luxury inclusions such as the inbuilt Sauna, Smart home systems throughout, fireplaces, Calacatta marble throughout. A masterpiece with timeless inclusions and practically use of space for all rooms.
