Complete strip out and fit out of a 150m2 office space in the commercial hub of Hombush. The project involved new amenities in showers, kitchen, custom joinery, services upgrades, glazed partitions and workstations. Challenges with this project was access and a tight timeframe of 4 weeks. The project with taken on as a cost plus agreement as the design was not fully completed and we were restricted with the deadline date. Overall, the end result was a brand new office space with plenty room for the business to grow and thrive. Well done to all involved.

Lobby upgrade and three levels make good back to base. The project also involved the extensive replacement of HVAC units on all occupied floors and complete chiller system upgrade on the roof top.

Base building refurbishment consisting of new ground floor lobby, toilets and open plan office floors. Includes major services and plant upgrade including SMAC System and NABERS upgrade from 1 to 4 Star rating as part of a Green Building Fund Grant. Delivered whilst fully occupied.
