Located in the heart of Darlinghurst and collaborating with recognised Australian Artists, Designers and Florists, Constructicon was able to bring the Mayflower's history that once was an Art Deco Florist in the 1990' to life. With the teams attention to detail and specialised contractors, we were able to transform the old décor to create an ambience of dream-like dining room, lavish french floristry and gorgeous pink marble finishes. With restricted working hours and a tight deadline with the closure of the business during the fit out, strategic planning and staging with necessary in order to satisfy all stakeholders. Overall, are successful fit out and end product any café owner could dream of.

The project was a complete fitout from a new base build in Drummoyne. Fitout involved all new services, rendered walls, sprayed ceiling and crazy paved tiles.

Mirrors were hung from the ceiling and recessed boxes prefab during the lining installation. Duration was 4 weeks from start of construction.
